How do you ship your orders?

All orders ship via USPS first class mail by default. If you would like to upgrade to express/priority you can select express shipping for 1-3 business days during checkout. 

When will my order ship?

Usually 1-3 days at max, sometimes it will be longer if an item is sold out or if we are out of town, but if that happens we will contact you directly with updates the moment we have them. 

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, all orders come with a tacking number by default that you will get when you receive an email notification that your order has shipped.

How soon will my order arrive after it has shipped?

For domestic/USA orders it should arrive 3-5 days after it has been shipped out and you receive a notification. For international orders it usually takes 2-4 weeks after shipment but can be delayed up to 8 weeks by customs. You will be able to see the progress of your shipment anytime using your tracking number.

Do you offer upgraded shipping?

Yes, upgraded express shipping for both USA and International orders that you can select/upgrade to during checkout for an additional fee.

How do I use the tracking number for my order?

You can use the USPS tracking tool here or copy and paste your tracking number into google.

How are orders packaged?

Keychains are packaged and wrapped in plastic and shipping in a mailer to protect during transit. Posters are wrapped in newsprint and rolled in a cardboard tube to prevent damage. Wallscrolls are also placed in a cardboard tube and wrapped in either bubble wrap or a sustainable paper packaging alternative. We are in the process of transitioning all of our packaging to sustainable and home compostable versions. 

I think an item is missing/I received the wrong item?

We are very sorry to hear that, just send us a message and let us know and we will immediately send you the correct item, let us know if its for an event and we can express ship it if needed.

When will I receive my tracking number?

You will receive a tracking number when we ship out the package, usually 1-3 days after your order. 

I submitted my order with the wrong shipping address, Can you send it to a different address?

Of course, just send us a message with the correct address and we will ship it to the new address for you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, just send us a message and we will either change or cancel and refund your order for you.

What if my order does not arrive or is damaged on arrival?

Let us know that you did not receive it or that it was damaged. We will send you a new item free of charge, we will ask you for details so we can avoid the same problem in the future.

What if something is wrong with my order when it arrives?

Just send us a message and let us know what went wrong and well will correct it asap!

I live outside the USA. How long will my order take to arrive?

How are customs and duties handles?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We not responsible for delays due to customs, but we will do our best to rectify any problems.
